ARE YOU LICENSED & INSURED?

Yes. We are both licensed and insured in the state of Michigan.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE PER CLEAN?
We charge a flat rate of $50 per hour for our Standard Home Cleaning, $60 per hour for Deep Home Cleaning, and $75 per hour for Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently accept Cash, Check, Credit Card, and PayPal.
 

WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?
We ask for payment the same day as the services are rendered.

DO I NEED TO BE HOME FOR EVERY CLEANING?
No. Some of our customers aren’t home when we arrive, and in these cases, our Cleaning Specialists are provided with a spare key or garage code.

HOW OFTEN CAN YOU CLEAN MY HOUSE?

Preferred Home Cleaning can provide service once a week, every other week, or once a month, depending on your specific needs. We also provide one-time house cleaning service as well as move-in and move-out cleaning assistance. You can update or change your cleaning plan to fit your schedule, budget, and cleaning needs at any time.

DO YOU PROVIDE REFUNDS IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY CLEANING?

No, we do not provide refunds. However, we do have a 24-hour guarantee - If you're not satisfied with the cleaning of your home and let us know about any issues within 24 hours of your service, we will come return to fix the issues free of charge.
